The women sit down on MLK day to discuss Madison's involvement in a campaign to rectify the disproportionate school funding facing her district. She has organized classmates, rallied her community, and faced her state and local representatives while advocating for legislative action to fix the funding inequality in an effort to ensure that ALL students have access to excellent public education. The conversation touches on the importance of listening to young adult voices and will give listeners a pulse on the state of social advocacy in high schools across America. The take-away?
